The walk standard

From the front door to the completed walk report

Book a one-off or regular walk with a verified sitter near you. The exact address, date and written routine determine how the service is organised in Kraków. Availability is confirmed only after a suitable verified sitter accepts the request.

  1. Arrival at the agreed time

The sitter arrives at the time on your schedule. If they're running late, you hear it from them — not from an empty bowl.

  2. Route and walk time

The sitter starts the tracker at the beginning — you'll see the route and its length afterwards on the map in the report.

  3. A pace set by the dog, not the sitter

A young, energetic dog gets movement and play; a calm or older one gets a steady pace. There's always time to sniff the world — for a dog, that's half the walk.

  4. Back home

Wiping paws, fresh water, food in the bowl — everything you set out in the booking instructions.

  5. Report

The route, photos and a description of how the walk went — after the walk, without you having to ask.

From Luka’s walk: we stopped beside some flowering shrubs, and he immediately started investigating every scent around him. I let him take his time; there was plenty to check. Eventually he lifted his head, giving me a chance to catch that cheerful expression of his. 😊

Luka would move on, then put his nose down again at the next interesting smell. During one little pause, he looked straight at me with his mouth open, as if asking where we were going next. I’m also sending a winter picture of him: snowflakes on his coat and the same attentive look. Every season gives him something new to explore.

From Luna’s walk: this time, the grass was the main attraction! We walked on the lead through a green area, with pauses for sniffing. Luna would stop and turn towards me with her ears up. I took her pictures during those little breaks, between investigating another scent and setting off again.

  • What was completedThe report refers to the tasks and timing agreed in the booking.
  • How the pet behavedAppetite, mood and anything unusual are described in plain language.
  • A real care momentThe photo documents the service without claiming it was taken at a named local landmark.

Regular walks

A regular walker instead of a new person each week

Book a one-off or regular walk with a verified sitter near you. The exact address, date and written routine determine how the service is organised in Kraków. All practical arrangements remain attached to the booking, so the owner and sitter work from the same information.

Your own sitter

The dog gets used to the person, and the person to its habits and its route.

A schedule instead of messaging

No need to arrange it all over again each time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 13:00 means 13:00.

Plan B in advance

We find the replacement: we reach out to sitters in your district and keep you posted.

Alvis Kraków

The walk starts at your front door

In Grzegórzki, Bronowice or Nowa Huta, start with the collection address and familiar routes. Describe reactions to traffic, trams and other dogs. Agree on a suitable route close to home instead of assuming travel to a distant park.

Puppy

With a puppy — gently

Short walks, a calm pace, no strain on growing joints. The sitter lets the little one explore the world at its own pace.

Senior dog

With a senior — with care

A steady pace, frequent pauses, attention to breathing and joints. You note medications and health in the booking — and that's binding on the sitter.

A difficult temperament

With a tricky one — with know-how

Pulls on the leash, afraid of men, reacts to other dogs? We'll match you with a sitter who has that experience, and the first walk is a calm meet-and-greet for 28 zł.

How to book

Set the address, time and walking rules

Book a one-off or regular walk with a verified sitter near you. The exact address, date and written routine determine how the service is organised in Kraków. All practical arrangements remain attached to the booking, so the owner and sitter work from the same information.

  1. Your dog's details

Breed, temperament, district and hours. Three minutes in the app, no strings attached.

  2. Your schedule

One-off or fixed days and times — for example Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 13:00.

  3. Meet-and-greet and access

You meet on the first walk. You decide the access method: a key, or the dog handed over at the door.

  4. A regular sitter

You hit it off — we pin the same person to your schedule.

  5. Keeping tabs on the walk

The sitter starts the tracker before setting off. After the walk, the GPS route and photo report go straight to your phone.

  6. A replacement if needed

If the sitter can't make it, we arrange a backup. You organize nothing.

Walks in your neighbourhood

Book a one-off or regular walk with a verified sitter near you. The sitter is matched to your address in Kraków, your dates and the individual routine of your pet.

How the service works

Before booking, you see the scope and current price. For longer care, a meet-and-greet helps confirm the routine, access and emergency contact.

Safety on every walk

Verified sitters, written instructions, regular reports, coordinator support and a replacement plan make the service easier to check and manage.

Walks in your neighbourhood, from Bronowice to Nowa Huta

The sitter collects your dog from the agreed address. In Stare Miasto and Grzegórzki, explain the building entrance and intercom; in Prądnik Biały, Bronowice or Nowa Huta, also describe your dog's familiar route. These are examples of areas you can request, not fixed territories assigned to particular sitters. Dates and the address allow us to check availability.
