Walks with Rena are always a joy 😊 Small, energetic and very curious — from the very first minute she had a clear plan for this walk. She explored every corner with great interest, stopping to investigate new scents and enthusiastically exploring the surroundings.
Her favorite activity today was clearly playing in the sand — a bit of running, a bit of digging, and of course some “treasure hunting”. The sound of the waves seemed to relax her, although her energy level stayed high throughout the walk. It was definitely an active outing with lots of movement, sniffing and happy little jumps.
We passed a few other dogs along the way, which caught her attention, but we calmly continued enjoying our walk together. After returning home I cleaned her paws and gave her a meal. Rena ate with a good appetite and shortly after, clearly tired but very satisfied, curled up in her bed for a well-deserved rest.
