Booking takes 3 minutes and commits you to nothing. A meet-and-greet visit is possible before you start.

Explain the number of bowls and litter trays, where food is kept and your cat’s habits. The sitter follows instructions, observes your cat and sends an update.
The sitter comes within the time window from your booking and enters as agreed — by key, code or from a lockbox.
The portion and type of food exactly per your instructions, fresh water, a washed bowl. Nothing “by eye”.
Cleaning the cat's litter box or a short outing with the dog — to your pet's needs. The flat stays the way you left it.
If the pet likes company — time for play and strokes. If it prefers quiet — the sitter gives it space, doesn't force it.
A tablet, drops or an insulin injection at the set time — per the dose in the pet card.
Photos of the cat, bowls and litter box and confirmation of the visit time with GPS — you get them right after the sitter leaves.

A shy cat does not need to approach a new person immediately. Explain habits and hiding places so reports describe what actually happened and contact is never forced.

«I'm calmer when everything goes through the platform — there's a third party that answers.»
Katarzyna, Alvis client

Already after the first day, once we got the reports, I knew Maru was having a great time and going on wonderful walks. You can leave for holidays or a business trip with complete peace of mind.
Zenek’s regular caregivers are simply wonderful and irreplaceable. The reports always arrive at the agreed time — punctually, with photos of a smiling Zenek. We really value that.
We have used Alvis for two years now. I like that it is safe — when we book a date and it is confirmed, we can count on care for our dog. That was not always the case elsewhere.
A client can truly feel calm about their pet. I recommend Alvis to future clients — it is a company you can trust when it comes to caring for animals.
I know it is not easy to hand your pet over to someone. But after long research, watching the profile and reading other clients’ reviews, I decided — and honestly, it was a bullseye.
Diabetes, thyroid, prescription medicines — the sitter gives them at the set time per the dose in the pet card. You show the dosing at the meet-and-greet visit.
The sitter drops in during the day: feeds, takes it out for a short walk and plays, so the dog doesn't spend the whole day alone. You can book visits for set days and times.
We don't force the pet into contact. The sitter feeds, cleans or goes out for a walk and leaves it space — and you still get a photo that everything's fine.
Provide dates, your district and your pet’s needs. An exact address helps assess travel; selecting Warsaw alone does not confirm availability.
Address, food, litter box, medication and habits. Three minutes in the app, no commitment.
One-off or every day for your time away — days and time windows for visits.
You can arrange a meet-and-greet visit, hand over the keys and show where everything is.
The sitter comes at agreed times, and you get photos and GPS confirmation.
The sitter can't make it — we match a replacement from the reserve. You organise nothing.
A question before booking — write to the coordinator.
Include travel times when planning care. An early flight or late arrival may call for another visit; the number of nights alone does not capture feeding and litter needs.
For multiple cats, describe each animal’s bowls, diet and behaviour. Note hiding places and signs of something unusual. Agree on visit frequency around the animals’ individual needs.
Hand over keys and test the intercom or code. If there is an alarm or security desk, explain the process in advance so a visit is not held up at a locked entrance.
Your request lets us check the possible care arrangements. Review the proposed terms and price before deciding which option suits your pet.

Today our furry host first watched me carefully from his lookout spot. I let him set the pace: I put down my things, greeted him quietly and waited for him to decide whether to come closer. Curiosity soon won, and we got on with the visit. 😊
