You travel; your pet’s surroundings stay familiar

The usual bed, bowls and walking route help preserve routine. Preparing your home and clear instructions matter as much as choosing the sitter.

Own corners and things

Own corners and things

Your pet stays in its own home, with its own bed, bowls and toys. Zero stress of a new place.

The same daily rhythm

The same daily rhythm

Feeding, walks, play and sleep at the usual times — just as your pet has them every day.

The sitter stays overnight

The sitter stays overnight

The sitter is at your home around the clock — your pet is never left alone, day or night.

A report after every visit

A report after every visit

Photos and a note: whether the dog was walked, whether the cat ate, how it's feeling.

What a day of care looks like

You decide on access to your home — you hand over the key in person at the meet-and-greet visit.

How care goes

Agree on a daily routine before leaving

Set out meals, walks and rest. If the stay includes working days, also ask when the sitter leaves home and how long your dog would be alone.

  1. Morning

    Wake-up and breakfast

The sitter feeds your pet its food at the usual time and changes the water. The dog goes for a morning walk, the cat gets a clean litter box.

  2. Day

    Walk, play, medication

Movement and attention through the day, walks according to the chosen plan and medication per the pet card.

    A photo report
  3. Evening

    Dinner and an evening walk

Dinner on your schedule, a last walk, wiping the paws. The home stays just as you left it.

  4. Night

    The sitter stays the night

The sitter is at your place all night — your pet isn't left alone until morning, someone is right there.

An evening report closes the day

Report

Aron met me at the door and invited me on a little tour of the flat. We took time for a calm greeting before following his usual routine. I prepared his meal according to your instructions and refreshed his water.

After his walk, Aron was happy to rest in his favourite spot. I did not encourage more activity; he came over himself whenever he wanted a stroke. The sweetest moment was watching him return to the rug and stretch as though he had just finished a very demanding day. 😊

I am sending photos from different moments, including rest as well as the greeting. Before the evening, I will check his water again and prepare the next meal as agreed. If his appetite or behaviour changes, I will tell you clearly. For now, he is relaxing in his familiar surroundings with his own routine around him.

  • Reassurance through real detailsFind out whether your pet ate, rested and wanted company. You do not have to guess how they are coping while you are away.
  • Photos that bring their day closerSee a familiar expression, play and rest. Photos come with a written update and, for a walk, a GPS record too.
  • Important details before you askYour sitter describes behaviour and any changes they notice. You have something concrete to discuss if your pet needs extra attention.

First consider whether your pet can move to a new environment. Then check overnight arrangements, other animals and the sitter’s hours at home, beyond the package name.

Care at your home solves a different task than a hotel: your pet doesn't have to get used to anything new, and your home doesn't sit empty.

Zenek’s regular caregivers are simply wonderful and irreplaceable. The reports always arrive at the agreed time — punctually, with photos of a smiling Zenek. We really value that.

We have used Alvis for two years now. I like that it is safe — when we book a date and it is confirmed, we can count on care for our dog. That was not always the case elsewhere.

I know it is not easy to hand your pet over to someone. But after long research, watching the profile and reading other clients’ reviews, I decided — and honestly, it was a bullseye.

Explain what affects your pet’s routine

Medication and age

An older pet on medication

Regular medication, calmer walks, attention to the rhythm — all per the pet card, in the home it knows.

Several animals

A dog and a cat under one roof

The sitter handles the whole home at once: the dog on a walk, the cat at its bowl and litter box. No one needs to be separated.

Separation anxiety

An animal that doesn't cope well alone

For pets like these, overnight care fits — someone is home, and the dog or cat isn't left alone until morning.

How to book

Plan care around your Warsaw address

Provide dates, your district and your pet’s needs. An exact address helps assess travel; selecting Warsaw alone does not confirm availability.

  1. Details about your pet and home

Address, format (visits or overnight), food, walks, medication. Three minutes, no commitment.

  2. Choosing a sitter

An available sitter nearby responds — you choose by profile, experience and reviews.

  3. A meet-and-greet visit

You can arrange a meeting, hand over the keys and show where everything is at home.

  4. Care and reports

The sitter comes or stays over on schedule, and you get a photo report.

  5. A replacement if needed

The sitter can't make it — we match a replacement from the reserve. You organise nothing.

Find a sitter

A question before booking — write to the coordinator.

Define what a day of care means in your booking

An overnight stay and a care plan do not automatically mean company every minute. Discuss permitted absences, start and finish times and what your pet needs overnight.

Prepare the home for handover

Leave keys, contacts, food supplies and somewhere for the sitter to sleep. Explain alarms, balconies, windows and estate access. For several animals, list each pet’s tasks separately.

Stay informed without repeatedly asking for news

Agree on what reports should cover and a number for urgent contact. On returning, confirm key handover and the end of the service rather than leaving the final arrangements unclear.
